• Contact us as soon as possible (at least 48 hours before the service)
• Indicates the booking number in the confirmation email
• Please specify the changes you would like to make (date, time, itinerary or number of passengers)

We will endeavour to meet your request based on the availability of vehicles and drivers. Any price changes will be communicated to you before you confirm the changes.

Cancellation policies vary, but we generally require at least 30 days' notice for a full refund of the deposit.
